Four of this week's senior moves went from one firm on our list straight to another, and Blackstone supplied two of them. Mike Audet left after nearly 16 years, most recently as a managing director in its secondaries business, and now co-heads Horizon, Lindsay Goldberg's new secondaries effort. Saumil Shah joined Ares as a principal. Apollo hired Neema Korouri from Platinum Equity after eight years there. Abry Partners hired Yusef Kassim, a partner at Advent, to run capital strategy and investor relations.
