Somewhere between analysis and action, we decided that design equals depth. That if it's animated, it must be insightful. The medium became the message......and the message got lost.

In consulting, decks are the product. Billable hours dressed up as strategy.
In PE, they're the illusion of control......a way to show "value creation" without creating much of it.
In tech, they're fundraising collateral......promises wrapped in gradients and buzzwords.
In marketing, they're theatre......brand purpose written in Helvetica for a room of people who will never meet a customer.
